Sri Lankan Curry

Polos curry, also known as "ambula," is a traditional Sri Lankan curry dish made with young green jackfruit. The curry is known for its unique and distinct flavors, which are derived from the combination of spices and the method of cooking.

This Sri Lankan Jackfruit Curry is creamy, a little tangy, and packed with so much flavor! Easy to make and so satisfying, that even seasoned meat lovers will enjoy! Vegan and gluten free. The cook time is long, but it'll be worth your while.

Ingredients : Canned jackfruit in brine (water, salt, citric acid antioxidant), thick coconut milk, curry powder, red chilli powder, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, white rice, tamarind slice, dry oregano, dry thyme, dry basil, black pepper.

Shelf Life : 12 months. Keep in cool dry place.

Jackfruit Kung Pao

Taking just 15 minutes to cook, 20 minutes for preparation, this easy vegan jackfruit kung pao is better than anything you'll get from a takeaway. Serve on its own with rice, or with a selection of other dishes as part of a more elaborate meal.

Ingredients :  Canned jackfruit in brine, raw cashews, all-purpose soy sauce, dark soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, corn-starch, coconut sugar, sesame oil (divide into 2), cayenne chili flakes, sesame seeds, dry chilies.
